SC-OR's Past

SC-OR purchased the old City plant (primary treatment - still in use). SC-OR's new secondary facilities were completed in 1976.
LOAPUD abandons their small Imhoff tank and connects to SC-OR.
TWSD (then TID) installs all new sewers and West Interceptor (1980); TWSD connects to SC-OR.
